Data and security

Client drawings are confidential. This page explains what happens to them. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative version.

Who can see your files

Only members of the workspace a project belongs to. Every request is checked against your workspace, so another workspace's files, projects and reviews can't be reached, even with a link.

Storage

Files are stored with Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest, and sent over encrypted connections. They're only ever opened through short-lived signed links: a link to a file stops working after a few minutes.

Reviews

Each review runs in its own isolated, temporary environment that can read only that review's files and reach only the AI provider, file storage and SideRiser. It's deleted when the review finishes.

The review is carried out by Anthropic's Claude through Anthropic's commercial API, under terms that don't allow your data to be used to train models. Your drawings and standards aren't used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

Deleting your data

• A file: delete it from the project page. A file that a review used can't be deleted until that review is deleted.
• A review: delete it from its page (cancel it first if it's running).
• A project: deletes its files and reviews.

Deleted files are removed from storage. To delete your account or a whole workspace, contact us using the address in the Privacy Policy.
