Getting started
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email (we send a six-digit code) or with Google. You get a personal workspace with 100 free credits. One credit covers one drawing page in a review.
2. Create a project
A project holds the drawing set for one job. Go to New project, give it a name, and drop in the PDFs: one combined set or a file per sheet, up to 100 MB and 300 pages per file. You can add more files later.
Each page is read as soon as it's uploaded, and sorted by what's on it: one-line diagram, riser diagram, panel schedules, legend and notes, or not needed (floor plans, details, other disciplines).
3. Check the pages
This step is optional, but it saves credits. The project page lists every page under Likely diagrams, Supporting sheets and Probably not needed.
- Skip a page to leave it out of reviews. Skipped pages aren't charged. Skip pages on the last group skips them all at once.
- Change a page's type if the guess is wrong. The reviewer treats a type you set as an instruction, so marking a page as a one-line diagram makes sure it's reviewed.
You don't have to confirm every page: the reviewer checks the guesses itself.
4. Add design standards
Also optional. Your workspace's standards apply to every project (see Design standards). On the project you can add requirements for this job only, as text or as files, for example a client's design guide or the utility's requirements.
5. Start the review
The last step shows what the review will read and what it costs: one credit per drawing page included. Start it, and the review page updates on its own while it runs. A typical set takes a few minutes. If a review fails or you cancel it, its credits are refunded.
6. Work through the report
Findings come first, sorted into errors, missing information, items to confirm and anything uncertain. Each names the components involved and the basis (a rule of yours, an NEC section, or a note on the drawing). The inventory below lists every component with what feeds it and what it feeds.
Run another review any time, after revisions or for a different pass. Each review keeps the files, pages and standards it ran with.
