Workspaces and credits
Workspaces
Everything you work on, including projects, reviews, standards and credits, belongs to a workspace. You start with a personal workspace; create more from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar, for example one for your firm.
Everyone in a workspace sees and works on all its projects and reviews. Switch between workspaces from the same menu.
Members and roles

| Member | Create and edit projects, upload files, run reviews. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus invite and remove members, change roles, edit the workspace's standards, and manage billing. |
| Owner | Everything an admin can, including making other owners. |
Inviting someone: on the Members page, enter their email and a role. They get an email with a link; they sign in (or sign up) with that address to accept. Invitations expire after 7 days. Admins can also copy an invitation's link to share it another way; only the invited address can accept it.
Leaving: use Leave next to your name on the Members page. A workspace's only owner can't leave it.
Credits
Credits belong to the workspace: every member's reviews draw on the same balance, shown at the bottom of the sidebar.
- One credit covers one drawing page in a review. Skipped pages, standards and reference files are free.
- Your personal workspace starts with 100 free credits. New workspaces you create start with none.
- Failed and canceled reviews are refunded.
